The monthly cost is based on the selected payment plan. With 12-month prepay plan, you receive a 15% discount. Monthly and semi-anual plans aren’t discounted.
If you exceed the limit for the number of contacts, Nicgrade will not suspend or restrict your services. No contacts will be deleted. Nicgrade charges an additional fee (at the rate of $ 0.05 / contact and $ 0.0027 / email) at the end of each month, in which the number of contacts exceeds the maximum allowed limit within the selected plan.
Yes, you can delete your account anytime. In order to do this, please log in, go to account 'Settings', select 'Billing' tab and click 'Delete Account'. Please note that on account cancellation, all your data will be lost, and the remaining paid subscription period will not be refunded.
Nicgrade is a pay-as-you-go and subscription-based SaaS. This means we don’t issue refunds, even if you cancel immediately after your credit card is charged for a new billing period. The subsequent amounts will not be debited from your card, however the amounts already charged are not refundable.
The marketing consulting services are provided free starting with Pro plan. Every week, during the paid subscription period, you get 1 hour of consultation with an expert from Nicgrade: on marketing strategy, your personal account, setting up campaigns and flows, live platform demo and analytics review. If your business has special marketing needs or you don't have specialists, our team of marketers is here to help you to handle your Nicgrade account and all automation processes. Contact us about Enterprise support and we will provide you with information.
Nicgrade provides a fully functional, free 14-day trial period along with the purchase of Basic and Pro plans, so that you have time to assess the suitability of the platform in your business and make a purchase decision. The only limitation of trial period is 3000 email traffic and up to 1000 contacts number. No credit card is required.
Upon your 14-day trial period completion, Nicgrade will permanently delete your trial account. If you manage to pay subscription prior to the end of the trial period, your account will be updated to selected plan and its paid parameters.

Go to account 'Settings', 'Billing' tab and choose to select payment method. Once you select your preferred payment method, credit card or bank transfer, you'll receive a bill you can print and pay. Credit cards are charged by the billing system automatically, according to your selected payment plan and period.
You can upgrade and downgrade your subscription anytime. During the process, if you have any unpaid obligations, Nicgrade will charge your credit card or ask to pay the unpaid bank transfer invoice. Once the payment is received, your subscription will be activated.
Contact or lead with unique email address is captured by the system once it has been added to the system, via web forms on your website, uploaded via file or synchronized bia CRM.
Considering diversity of your brands, we highly recommend setting up each brand on separate Nicgrade account. This will allow you to track data accurately and view analytics correctly. However, if your multiple websites represent one brand, you can connect them all using single account, with single tracking code generated by Nicgrade.
